Restaurant & Bar Supervisor — £16/hour, 40-hour contract
We’re looking for enthusiastic Restaurant and Bar Supervisors to join a busy live music venue! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-energy environment. You will only do single shifts (No Doubles!) and you will have the chance to grow in the company with multiple venues.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supervising service on your shift, ensuring guests have a great experience
2. Supporting the team and leading by example on the floor and bar
3. Managing smooth service during busy periods, including some late-night weekend shifts
4. Maintaining high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness
What we’re looking for:
5. Experience as a Restaurant or Bar Supervisor in a fast-paced venue
6. Confident, hands-on approach and ability to lead a team
7. Flexible availability, including weekend late-night shifts
8. Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
