This is an excellent opportunity for arecent graduateor someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to develop within the travel industry. Full training will be provided.
What Youll Do
1. Put together detailedtravel quotes, costings and proposals for school, university and adult groups.
2. Create engaging and accurateitinerariestailored to clients educational or cultural goals.
3. Liaise withUK and European suppliersincluding hotels, coach companies, attractions and restaurants.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the USA and Canada, ensuring a smooth experience from initial enquiry to post-tour support.
5. Manage booking administration, confirmations, rooming lists and travel documents with meticulous accuracy.
