The Role
The Customer Success Manager is integral to the success of the business, and will own a portfolio of well-known high-value accounts from day one.
* Report directly to the VP of Customer Success
* Grow and maintain accounts for a small group of high-touch enterprise clients
* Design and deliver advertising strategy based on customer insights
Skills & Expertise
* Account Management / Customer Success type background
* AdTech, MarTech, Customer Insights or Media Agency experience
* Commerciality – revenue driving / up-sell / cross-sell
* Data insights and campaign management
