About the role
Your main duties will include:
Support managers to create and carry out strong quality improvement plans through coaching.
Review key quality data to spot where things aren’t working well, and work with teams to agree on an improvement plan.
Work closely with regional leadership teams to support key planning and help shape strategic priorities
Able to use positive influencing skills to help managers achieve strong quality improvements in their teams.
About you
The successful applicant will have:
Hold relevant professional coaching qualification or willing to work towards.
Experience, at least at first line management in the social care sector
Skilled at using coaching as a style of management
Possess a good understands the differences between Coaching and Mentoring and when best to apply these approaches
