We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Drama Teacher for a secondary school based in Rochester. This is an immediate-start role expected to continue through to the end of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons across KS3–KS4
* Plan, prepare, and mark all lesson materials in line with school expectations
* Contribute to the development of the Drama curriculum where required
* Support students’ progress through effective feedback and assessment
* Attend parents’ evening and relevant school meetings
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
* Strong classroom management skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
* Availability to start immediately
