Finance Manager Construction/Architecture Central Bristol/Hybrid Working £35-45,000 (depending on experience) Permanent - full time or part time Finance Manager required for a specialist sub-contractor, working on highly individual projects. No two jobs are the same, with a range of both public sector and private clients. Your role as Finance Manager will be to take an overview of financial processes, for example: Working in close collaboration with other departments within the business Sales and Purchase Ledgers Payroll, pensions, and CIS VAT returns and compliance Control and balance sheet account reconciliations Producing various financial reports Monitoring and managing cash flow Reviewing budgets and financial plans regularly, updating relevant stakeholders Supporting project managers with job costings, financial tracking, contract amendments, retention, and reconciliationDo you have: Proven experience in accountancy with financial knowledge and experience General management skills and outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills Ability to manage a high-volume, diverse workload in a fast-paced environment Proactive and solutions-focused approach able to anticipate and resolve issues Strong in building relationships, working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders Our client is located in a good Central Bristol location, close to both bus and rail connections.
