About the Role As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic force multiplier - ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution across Acosta Europe. You'll lead high-impact initiatives, drive organisational effectiveness, improve client outcomes, and enhance leadership communication and decision-making. Key Responsibilities _Strategic Leadership & Execution_ Partner with the President to define, prioritise, and deliver strategic initiatives. Translate business goals into actionable plans with clear KPIs and timelines. Lead transformation and cross-functional projects that elevate performance and client value. _Executive Support & Governance_ Shape leadership agendas, prepare briefings, and manage follow-up on actions. Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the President. Strengthen alignment with Acosta US, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Global Leadership Team (GLT). _Client & Business Performance_ Monitor commercial performance, market trends, and client health metrics. Identify insights, risks, and opportunities to enhance business outcomes. Support the optimisation of client relationship management processes. _Communication, Engagement & Change Management_ Drive internal communications around strategy, transformation, and organisational updates. Champion change initiatives and lead impact assessments and readiness planning. Foster collaboration and alignment across the leadership team and wider business. Enhance Acosta Europe's external profile through professional, digital-first communication. _Project Delivery & Cross_ _-Functional Coordination_ Lead key programmes from concept through execution. Align cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence. Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Promote continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.
