We’re looking for a highly creative, trend-savvy, and self-driven Creative Content Strategist to lead visual storytelling and content direction. This person will be responsible for the social content strategy and concept development across UK, EU, and US markets. You’ll ideate and plan photo/video content for social media, website banners, and ad campaigns, working closely with our in-house content creator to bring ideas to life.
We’re seeking a self-starter who proactively pitches ideas and drives content momentum, rather than someone who needs detailed instructions.
Responsibilities
1. Lead content planning and creative direction across all brands
2. Create monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, website banners, and ad campaigns
3. Pitch ideas for videos, lifestyle photoshoots, styling features, trends, and seasonal themes
4. Monitor trends and audience behavior across UK, EU, and US markets
5. Collaborate with the Content Producer to plan and deliver on-brand visuals
6. Write clear briefs and captions aligned with the brand tone of voice
7. Analyze performance data and suggest creative pivots or tests
8. Ensure all content aligns with brand aesthetics and marketing goals
Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years in a similar role within lifestyle, e-commerce, or fashion/home sector
2. Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest
3. Strong aesthetic sense with a focus on British and global home decor/lifestyle trends
4. Excellent writing and visual briefing skills
5. Ability to generate and execute new ideas consistently
6. Comfortable working independently and remotely
7. Experience managing content calendars and campaign planning tools
