The Role!
We are looking for someone to help shape our future. You will lead a small team managing property and property transactions as required by the Council and the Council’s commercial property investment portfolio and be responsible an a advice and management service.
You will be joining a team that puts our customers first, takes responsibility and works together with a can-do attitude, all while challenging the status quo to deliver exceptional outcomes for our communities.
We have several key projects planned that will change and enhance the makeup of the Council's asset base.
The role offers a varied workload, flexible working arrangements, a generous essential car user scheme and opportunities to develop within the profession.
About You!
You will highly motivated and committed to supporting the development of this newly reconstructed team. You will be team player and to be able to demonstrate great supervisory skills. You should have the ability to identify and implement solutions to issues and be a champion of change.
