About the role
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Loader Operative, you’ll work as part of a supportive team helping to keep the local area clean, safe and sustainable. This is an active, outdoor role ideal for people who enjoy being on their feet and working collaboratively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting waste and recycling operations to help reduce environmental impact.
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team across the Maldon area.
- Engaging with the public in a polite and professional manner.
- Following health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
- Carrying out daily tasks that contribute to a cleaner, greener community.
