About the role
Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person’s day-to-day life. Team Leaders enable our young people to regain their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults. There are challenges, but there are also small victories that are hugely rewarding. Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, and our aim is to create the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care.
Responsibilities
You’ll be part of taking care of our young people day-to-day, ensuring things run smoothly and creating lasting memories. As a team leader you will also support the staff team and ensure the home operates to high standards, prepared to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers. You’ll need to relate to and build relationships with our young people. Compassionate, emotionally resilient, and supportive, you’ll provide the leadership that inspires your colleagues.

You’ll start as a Team Leader by joining our Care Academy – a 4-week off-the-job training program with experienced WG professionals.
