As a Band 5 Medical Recruitment Advisor, you will act as the lead taking ownership of recruitment delivery and working closely with managers to hire and onboard doctors for Frimley NHS foundation Trust
You will join a KPI-driven, target-focused team that consistently delivers against national benchmarks, while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience, inclusion and values-based recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing professional guidance and day-to-day support to recruitment colleagues, helping ensure a consistent and high-quality recruitment service.
* Acting as the lead recruitment advisor for a designated clinical division, working in partnership with clinical managers and medical staffing teams to deliver effective recruitment solutions.
* Leading medical recruitment campaigns, including the recruitment of doctors across a range of grades and specialties.
* Coordinating and supporting medical rotations, ensuring timely recruitment, onboarding and placement of doctors in line with service requirements.
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advert through to appointment, ensuring a positive, efficient and inclusive candidate experience.
* Supporting the organisation and administration of Advisory Appointments Committee (AAC) panels, ensuring compliance with NHS regulations and coordinating panel membership, documentation and interview arrangements.
* Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on recruitment best practice, policy, compliance and values-based selection.
* Supporting the onboarding journey for medical staff, working closely with managers and corporate teams to ensure a smooth transition into post.
* Monitoring recruitment activity, performance metrics and KPIs to support the delivery of workforce and resourcing priorities.
