The Role
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with students who need additional behavioural support
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
* Support students in managing emotions and staying regulated
* Help de-escalate situations in a calm and consistent manner
* Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies
* Build positive, trusting relationships with students
You’ll play a key role in helping students stay in class, stay engaged, and make progress.
