1. Assist our Shop Manager and volunteers to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.
2. Help promote Gift Aid and other promotions to customers.
3. Handle company paperwork, including cashing up and banking.
4. Support volunteer training and assist in stock sorting and preparation.
5. Travel between shops as needed and support health and safety practices.
6. Manage daily shop operations and volunteer coordination in the Manager's absence.
We seek resilient, positive, and adaptable individuals with excellent customer service skills, a keen interest in the environment, and a desire to make a difference. The role involves working shifts between Monday and Saturday, with no evening or Sunday work.
