As a Leisure Attendant (Part-Time), your main duties and responsibilities will include supporting the overall guest experience in our Health Club. This involves answering guest queries, being knowledgeable about Health and Safety regulations, ensuring our fitness and wet areas are clean and safe, and going above and beyond to ensure guests and members leave satisfied!

Requirements:

1. Availability to work 16 hours per week across 2 or 3 shifts, including weekends (weekend availability is essential).
2. Experience as a Fitness Instructor or similar role, ideally within a hotel environment.
3. Fitness Level 2 diploma qualification (desirable).
4. A National Lifeguard or Emergency Pool Responder qualification (desirable).
5. Knowledge of Health and Safety practices, with confidence in maintaining a hygienic environment.
6. A proactive drive to produce results, working within the Manchester Deansgate family to provide personal experiences and human connection.
7. A warm, authentic personality with a can-do attitude and a commitment to service.
8. Willingness to work within our team to embrace our service standards and delight our guests.

The Manchester Deansgate Hotel, located in the iconic Beetham Tower, offers modern luxury with 279 rooms, stunning skyline views, upscale amenities including Sky Bar Cloud 23, a 2 Rosette Podium Restaurant, an indoor pool, and a fitness centre. The hotel will transition to the InterContinental brand by 2027, further enhancing your experience.
