Join Our Team as a Facilities Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to support the NSC Department in delivering a safe, secure, and efficient working environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Security, Property Management, and Facilities Operations across the site.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Managing facilities services across the NSC site, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment.
2. Driving compliance with Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental, Security, and Property Management requirements.
3. Conducting site audits and inspections to maintain the highest operational and safety standards.
4. Managing external contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring performance meets agreed KPIs.
5. Developing and implementing plans to meet statutory, regulatory, and operational requirements.
