The Role
The successful legal assistant will be providing secretarial and administration support to the Wills, Trusts and Probate team. Main duties include:
* Audio typing / Copy typing
* Handling incoming calls and emails
* Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders
* Maintaining client files (both electronic and hard copy)
* Assisting with billing, file opening/closing and compliance tasks
The Requirements
Experience as a Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary preferably within Private Client or Wills, Trusts and Probate team and:
* Fast and accurate typing skills, including experience with audio typing
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
* Flexible, dependable and committed to delivering a high-quality service
