Salary - max £70k (+ benefits)
Location - REMOTE predominantly, however occasional travel to office (Lancashire region) may be required once every few weeks.
Our client is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to join their team to support digital transformation projects, primarily for local government clients.
Essential Experience:
* Operational change management (not technical)
* Experience working with Local Government Bodies
* Knowledge of Revenue & Benefits processes

Key Tasks:
* Gather and specify business requirements, ensuring completeness and clarity, aligning with statutory and regulatory standards.
* Utilize modeling and process mapping techniques to support business change initiatives.
* Analyze documented processes to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities, presenting proposals to stakeholders.
* Maintain documentation such as process maps and specifications.
* Communicate effectively to understand and align with business needs and priorities.
* Assess risks and opportunities associated with recommendations, suggesting mitigation strategies.
* Identify necessary processes and IT solutions to implement recommendations.
