We are looking for a Clinical Team Leader with strong clinical skills to join our team at Great Oaks Nursing Home.

Key responsibilities
* Developing, promoting and maintaining high standards of care, medication management and clinical services, ensuring residents are safe and well protected.
* Leading the home’s clinical quality control systems and coaching staff to ensure quality standards are met and staff are engaged, and practice transparency.
* Supporting the Manager in developing and managing effectively and efficiently the financial, human and material resources.
* Inspiring leadership and motivation of the clinical staff team and the wider team, supporting the Manager to foster a positive culture where individuals are supported to achieve their best.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience Of The Clinical Team Leader
* Qualified nurse, either RMN or RGN, with an active NMC pin.
* Thorough understanding of the five guiding principles of first class care: SAFE, EFFECTIVE, CARING, RESPONSIVE, WELL‑LED.
* Experience at supervisory level, ideally within a nursing home, having previously worked as one of the following: Home Manager, Deputy Home Manager, Nurse Manager or Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse etc.
