People & Culture Business Partner Location: Just outside Colchester (Essex) Salary: Up to £47,500 FTE (pro rata for part time) Contract: 4 or 5 days per week considered, permanent, onsite. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law. Proven ability to build credibility and influence at all levels. Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills. Commercially focused, solutions-driven, and proactive. Desirable: HRIS knowledge, experience in fast-paced environments, and prior coaching/mentoring exposure.
