We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff member to join our vibrant team. Duties
* Greet and welcome customers as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
* To be able to cook and prepare fresh products (training will be provided).
* Assist with food preparation and presentation as required.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
* Support bartending duties when needed, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance hospitality skills and knowledge of menu items.
Skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
* Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is essential.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
* Experience in bartending or food preparation is a plus but not mandatory.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
