About Adema Agentic™️
Adema Agentic™️ is a patent-pending Agentic-AI system launching in Q1 2026.
Built for the property and infrastructure sectors, it acts as an autonomous sourcing department, continuously identifying, analysing, and underwriting opportunities for clients across real estate, energy, and development.
We’re now preparing to roll out our first 50 enterprise licences — each worth £100,000 per year on a 5-year term — and we’re looking for a proven business development professional to lead this launch.
The Role
We’re seeking a commercially sharp Business Development Manager to drive pre-sales and enterprise adoption across the UK and Europe.
You’ll engage directly with developers, funds, operators, and REITs, positioning Adema Agentic™️ as the new standard in data-driven sourcing and acquisition.
This is a strategic role — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI innovation and commercial real estate.
What You’ll Do
✅ Drive new business and close six-figure enterprise contracts.
✅ Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
✅ Deliver presentations, demos, and ROI models to board-level clients.
✅ Feed client insights into product evolution and go-to-market strategy.
What You Bring
🔹 5+ years’ experience in PropTech, SaaS, AI, or real estate business development.
🔹 A track record of enterprise or data-driven solution sales.
🔹 Confident communicator, comfortable at C-suite level.
🔹 Entrepreneurial mindset — ambitious, adaptable, and execution-focused.
