As the Project QS, you will:
* Oversee all commercial and contractual administration matters
* Conduct various monthly reports
* Measure and request payments from clients, paying subcontractors, ensuring contracts are being adhered to and generally monitoring and reporting risk
What are they looking for?
* Proven experience with either a regional / national contractor as the QS
* Commercial, Leisure and or Healthcare project experience (desired)
* Experience in both JCT & NEC forms of contracts
