Quantity Surveyor (Junior to Senior)
Working Across South Yorkshire | Site-Based | Civil Engineering
A growing, family-run civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint Quantity Surveyors atJunior through to Senior levelto support the commercial delivery of projects across South Yorkshire.

These roles aresite-based, ideal for individuals who enjoy being close to project delivery whilemaintainingstrong commercial control. You will work across multiple sites, partnering with operational teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
What you will be doing day to day
(Responsibilities will vary depending on experience level)
* Supporting or leading the commercial management of civil engineering projects
* Assistingwith or administeringNEC4 contractsand ensuring compliance
* Preparing valuations, variations, and contributing to final accounts
* Monitoring project costs and supporting financial reporting
* Working closely with site teams to align commercial and operational objectives
* Managing or supporting subcontractor accounts and relationships
* Building andmaintainingstrong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Supporting the development of junior team
About You
* Experience within a Quantity Surveying role in civil engineering or infrastructure
* Understanding of NEC contracts (or willingness to develop knowledge)
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Good communicationskills and ability to work collaboratively on site
* For senior candidates, experience leading commercial activities and mentoring others

* £40,000 - £50,000 (Junior) / £60,000 - £70,000 (Senior)
