About the Role • Providing 1:1 support for students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or communication needs • Supporting small-group interventions and in-class differentiation • Assisting teachers with personalised learning resources • Helping students regulate emotions, routines, and transitions • Monitoring progress and liaising with the SENCO • Building supportive relationships that encourage independence Experience and Qualifications • SEN experience desirable • Understanding of ASD/SEMH strategies preferred • Empathetic, calm, and resilient Salary Support staff scale.
