Full time Support Worker - Walton on the Naze
Location:Walton on the Naze, Essex
Salary:£27,300.00 PA
Hours:37.5 hours per week, covering weekdays and weekends. We currently have positions available for day and waking night support
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Walton on the Naze area.
This role involves assisting a gentleman in his own home, ensuring the individual feels safe, respected and well-supported throughout the day/night. This gentleman is interested in football, gaming, Pokemon, Disney and animals.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience withtrauma-informed careis essential
* Experience supporting people withautismis essential
* Calm, patient and understanding approach
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others
