Furzeham Primary & Nursery School are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide support to pupils in year groups 5 or 6, whole class cover or in groups, to enable them to access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement. Our HLTA will s upport individual pupils or small groups to access the curriculum and engage fully in their learning. Working alongside class teachers you will support in raising pupil attainment, promoting independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion What we are looking for: HLTA qualification is desirable, or willingness to work towards it. Experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
