You'll work closely with senior team members while also taking on increasing levels of responsibility and client interaction. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and managing planning applications, appeals, and planning statements Undertaking research, site appraisals, and policy analysis Supporting the delivery of planning strategies and development advice Liaising with clients, local authorities, and external consultants Preparing documents for submission and attending meetings where required Contributing to project delivery across multiple sectors About You The ideal Town Planner will bring initiative, professionalism, and a genuine enthusiasm for planning.
