Much of the work available is almost exclusively direct client work on behalf of many UK-based and multinational companies across numerous sectors.
There is a good proportion of drafting and prosecution work, complemented by FTO, infringement & validity and other contentious areas of IP. You should possess an innate interest in the commercial aspects of IP work, as well as an ability to express complex information in a clear and concise manner.
