We are recruiting for registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists (OTs) in Fareham who want to use and build upon their clinical skills and knowledge, benefiting from excellent work-life balance and professional development opportunities as a PIP or WCA Functional Assessor.
Applicants should have at least 1-year post-qualification experience and registration in the UK. The role involves expanding your medical knowledge across various medical, cognitive, and mental health conditions.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, offering a salary of £39,000 (PIP) - £41,500 (WCA) per annum, plus:
* £1000 salary uplift after 6 months and another £1000 after 12 months
* Work-life balance: 9 am - 5 pm contracts with no nights, weekends, or shifts required
* Up to 10% quality and performance bonus upon approval as a Functional Assessor
* Hybrid role with at least 2 days per week at consultation centers

You will conduct a mix of file reviews, face-to-face, and tele/video assessments related to PIP or ESA benefits, providing detailed reports to support DWP benefit decisions. These assessments focus on how disabilities impact daily life and work activities.
Comprehensive training will equip you with the necessary skills, and ongoing CPD (over 100 hours annually) will support your development, including revalidation and career growth within the organization.
Requirements
* Minimum 1-year post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist
* Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, or others) without restrictions, with a valid PIN
* Excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and probe deeper
* Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
