Reporting to the Head of Retention Marketing, you'll drive yield and revenue, and improve lifetime value across our digital and print subscriber base. You will deliver retention and engagement marketing initiatives to reduce churn and win back customers. You should be experienced in retention analytics and able to present results and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels. Planning and implementing retention marketing roadmaps will be part of your role, ensuring continual improvement through a test and learn approach and applying best practices. Above all, you will be customer-centric and committed to delivering a first-class customer experience, while also reviewing ways to reduce costs and maximize our retention budget to support LTV across the business.
* At least 4 years experience in retention or CRM marketing (ideally from a subscriptions background)
* Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email
* Knowledge of CRM/CDP Platforms and automated digital journeys
* Experience using Google Workspace apps and collaboration tools
* Industry trends knowledge
* Copywriting skills

The expected salary range for this role is £25,000 - £37,500. This is a hybrid role based in our Bath or London office, working three days in the office and two from home. Plus, enjoy great perks including:
