SC Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex, large-scale Multi-Cloud projects from initiation to delivery. This role requires a unique blend of technical oversight and sharp commercial acumen. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction, and precise financial performance across diverse cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation for Multi-Cloud initiatives.
* Milestone Delivery: Drive project progress to meet strict deadlines and budget constraints, ensuring all deliverables are met "against plan."
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure technical deliverables align with overarching business objectives.
* Agile/Hybrid Governance: Lead sprint planning and backlog prioritization, maintaining high migration velocity and operational readiness.
* Revenue Forecasting: Act as a Commercial Project Manager by performing accurate revenue forecasts and managing the "cost of the quarter."
* Financial Impact Analysis: Evaluate how project changes have commercial consequences, ensuring the program remains profitable and within budget.
* KPI Tracking: Analyze project performance data and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
* Dependency Mapping: Manage complex technical dependencies and critical paths across multi-cloud environments.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate project risks, developing robust strategies to minimize impact on both delivery and revenue.
* Customer Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to gather requirements, provide transparent updates, and ensure total satisfaction.
* Documentation: Maintain rigorous project documentation, including status reports, RAID logs, and meeting minutes.
Requirements
* Experience: 8+ years in program management within a technology or IT environment, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-budget projects.
* Commercial Expertise: Significant experience in commercial project management, including revenue forecasting and cost-benefit analysis.
* Multi-Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing programs spanning Azure, AWS, and GCP.
* Methodologies: Strong mastery of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify technical dependencies and commercial risks early.
* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical squads and executive stakeholders.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
