ABOUT THE ROLE
1. Support the Technical Management team by conducting technical appraisals and providing abnormal cost assessments for potential development land within specified timelines.
2. Ensure, when requested, that the site is adequately serviced and suitable for construction.
3. Liaise with statutory authorities, providing necessary documentation and drawings related to contracts and sites.
4. Prepare detailed design programs and manage the production of information to ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives.
5. Assist in managing Technical and Services budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
6. Engineering Technical experience, either from an Architectural Consultancy or Developer background.
7. Previous experience in the housebuilding or construction sector.
8. A proactive approach to staying ahead of industry trends and best practices
9. Degree in relevant disciplines, such as architecture, design, planning, civil engineering, or the built environment.
10. Strong attention to detail.
11. Commitment to inclusion and diversity.
12. Proficient in IT skills.

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £60k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.
