Our international client is seeking to appoint a Client Services Representative, where you will provide assistance and support to Financial Advisors in regards to their unit-linked plans and servicing requirements.
The successful individual will take ownership, responsibility, and ensure resolution of customer enquiries from start to completion. You will need to have experience in a customer focused environment within the services sector, alongside strong communication skills both by telephone and email, and should be competent in working with Word and Excel.
