This Role
Sales and Account Management
* Achieve sales and margin targets for the branch.
* Manage pricing policies in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
* Monitor market prices and develop strategies accordingly.
* Develop and review the branch Sales Development Plan to boost sales and margins.
* Address poor sales performance proactively with the Branch Manager.
* Support and maintain branch accounts.
* Organize regular supplier and product training sessions.
* Review ledgers regularly with sales staff and implement actions to increase customer spend.
* Manage key accounts and seek new opportunities.
