Fram Search is working with a growing financial planning firm based in Cardiff that is looking to engage with a paraplanner to join their established team. The business operates an independent model with a strong focus on holistic advice, including cashflow modelling, retirement planning, tax and estate planning, and investment management. The paraplanning function works collaboratively, supporting a group of experienced financial planners alongside a dedicated administrator.
This opportunity may appeal to someone with at least a year’s experience in paraplanning who is looking to develop further within a supportive and professional environment. The successful individual would be involved in preparing for client meetings, updating records, researching financial planning solutions, and drafting compliant suitability reports across a wide range of advice areas. There is a close working relationship between paraplanners, advisers, and administrators, with a shared goal of delivering high-quality client outcomes.
This is a client-centric environment that values both technical competence and communication skills. Experience with industry tools such as Intelligent Office, CashCalc, or Dynamic Planner would be helpful, but not essential.
