About The Role
We're looking for a strategic, creative Senior Employer Brand & Communications Manager to own our employer brand and lead internal communications across our UK-wide, multi-site organisation.

What You'll Do
Lead and evolve our employer brand and EVP.
Deliver integrated campaigns across paid, organic and events.
Manage online reputation on platforms like Glassdoor & LinkedIn.
Build engaging internal communications for shift-based, clinical teams.
Partner with senior leaders across Talent, Clinical, Marketing & EDI.
Lead and develop a Senior Communications Executive.
Use data and insights to measure and improve impact.
What You'll Bring
Experience leading employer brand and/or communications in a complex organisation.
Strong campaign, storytelling and stakeholder influence skills.
Experience with paid media, full-funnel thinking and reputation management.
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
