We are currently seeking a highly experienced Head or Sous Chef, with previous experience at Berenjak, to collaborate on an exciting restaurant concept abroad.
This is a project-based contract suited for a senior chef with strong culinary expertise, who can contribute to the development of a full menu and operational kitchen standards for a new international restaurant venture.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience at BerenjakRestaurant
* Strong background in recipe development, kitchen structure, and operational workflows
* Ability to work collaboratively on kitchen setup, menu engineering, and standardised procedures
* Creativity, cultural sensitivity, and a sharp eye for detail and authenticity
* Availability for short-term travel abroad, if required (expenses covered)
