ACCOUNT MANAGER -WARM BUSINESS

£30,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

This consultative recruitment /account management role is focused on building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and connecting talented professionals with leading organisations across the Creative, Music ,Media ,Marketing ,Events & Exhibition recruitment sector

The Opportunity
Working with a range of established clients across the Creative, Marketing ,Media, Sports Events ,Exhibition & Production,you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with businesses to identify and attract high-quality talent.
This is a relationship-led role where success comes from understanding client needs .A majority of the roles are through repeat business due to the outstanding customer service provided.
Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients .A small part of your role will be sales a majority managing accounts.
* Conducting client and candidate meetings both virtually and in person
* Taking detailed recruitment briefs and understanding business requirements
* Writing engaging and effective job advertisements
* Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels
* Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to offer stage
Experience required
* Previous experience in agency recruitment, ideally within permanent recruitment
* A consultative and professional approach to recruitment
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
* A team-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
