Repairs Service Planner – 12 Month FTC 📍 Hitchin, Hertfordshire 🕒 Full Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Repairs Service Planner to join a well-established organisation operating within the Social Housing and Property Maintenance sector on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an office-based role within a busy planning and scheduling team, supporting the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance services across a large housing portfolio. The Role You will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance appointments, ensuring operatives are effectively scheduled, and delivering a high standard of customer service to tenants and stakeholders. Working closely with trade operatives, contractors and internal teams, you will help ensure repairs are completed efficiently, within agreed timescales and to service level targets.
