The Role
We are looking for dedicated and positive people to work with us in Cambridgeshire as part of our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway. Our service operates 24/7 and consists of 17 houses in Cambridge to provide practical and emotional support to the people who live in our services to help them build their confidence to live independently.
Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 2 week rolling rota
Responsibilities
* Provide practical and emotional support to residents across 17 houses in Cambridge.
* Assist residents in building confidence to live independently.
* Collaborate with mental health professionals to support successful journeys.
* Work across different environments within the accommodation pathway supporting up to 109 people in Cambridgeshire.

* Self‑motivated, solution‑focused and dynamic.
* Genuine passion and commitment to working with people with mental health needs.
* Willingness to undergo enhanced check by Disclosure & Barring Services.
