Sales Administrator Commercial Team

Location: Agile working Remote considered with monthly head office attendance

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Reports to: National Sales Manager

What Youll Be Responsible For

* Supporting the sales process through administrative duties and client liaison
* Managing new client onboarding and internal handovers
* Assisting with CRM updates, reporting, and workflow management
* Liaising with clients and internal departments to provide timely updates
* Attending team meetings and sharing insight or feedback
* Helping Sales and Commercial teams maintain excellent documentation and SLA tracking
* Collaborating with Service Delivery and Marketing to support campaigns and transitions
* Maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all communications and record keeping
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency

What Youll Bring to the Park

* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset
* Confidence working independently and collaboratively
* Customer-focused approach with previous experience in a client-facing or admin support role
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
* CRM system experience (desirable but not essential)
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Time management, prioritisation, and ability to work off your own initiative
