Together, we’re looking for a Registered Manager for their brand-new children’s residential service based in Preston, Lancashire, supporting children with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. About the Role As the Registered Manager you will have overall responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the brand-new 3-bedded service, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for the leadership and management of the staffing team, overseeing the efficient delivery and development of the service whilst working closely alongside the Senior Management Team, where together you will ensure the children receive the best care. You will possess a deep working knowledge of health and social care, particularly in relation to Ofsted rules and regulations. Moreover, you will also require strong people management and communication skills, as well as sound commercial understanding.
