A highly successful printing company is looking for an outstanding production manager to lead them through an exceptional period of growth.
Responsibilities
* Supervise staff, drive productivity and improvements in production processes.
* Cost control of labour, resources, consumables and scheduling of work.
* Control, organise and monitor the flow of materials, ensuring the highest quality product is produced on time and on budget.
* Operate digital presses and manage the team.
* Take the initiative, make confident decisions and adopt an accurate and methodological approach to all projects.
* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and prioritise work.
Qualifications & Skills
* Hands‑on and task‑orientated with experience operating digital presses.
* Strong decision‑making and organisational abilities.
* Methodical approach to project management.
