We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and vibrant community service in Tunbridge Wells as a Female Support Worker. This role involves supporting adults with a range of physical, mental, and behavioural needs, including autism and behaviours of concern. Role: Female Support Worker Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent Salary: £24,829 per annum (pro rata) Hours: Full-time – 39 hours per week Shifts: Between 7:00am and 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday (includes mid-day shifts) Driving Licence: Essential – must be willing to drive both manual & automatic service vehicles Sponsorship is NOT available for this role Key Responsibilities: Supporting individuals to participate in community activities such as swimming, bowling, and social outings. Assisting with daily living tasks including personal care, managing finances, and maintaining a clean, welcoming home environment. Encouraging independence and helping build social connections.
