The Ideal Candidate:
1. Is working towards or holds a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Demonstrates exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
3. Exhibits a strong commitment to curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
4. Thrives in a collaborative environment while possessing strong independent initiative.
5. Maintains a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
We prioritise staff well-being by scheduling the majority of core subject lessons before lunchtime. This allows core subject staff the flexibility to utilise their Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time to leave early whenever feasible.
