The role
Due to the continued success and growth of the division, we are looking for a tenacious and methodical graduate to join our Portsmouth office, providing market insights and support to deliver on high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.
Some key responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with the Executive Search team to provide research support for live retained mandates and other market-mapping projects.
2. Tracking progress and recording data to create an overarching database and talent pool.
3. Presenting progress/update reports to stakeholders with qualitative and quantitative data.
4. Engaging proactively with prospective candidates through head-hunting techniques.
5. Following initial candidate screening, leading all candidate engagement and relationship management.
6. Collaborating with partners to produce shortlists and candidate profiles.
7. Proactively expanding market knowledge through event attendance, access to market literature, and collaboration with our team of consultants.
