As Finance Manager – Operations Controllership, you'll oversee the accurate and timely delivery of month-end close, ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX controls. From managing lease accounting to contributing to finance transformation projects, this role offers a blend of technical expertise and strategic collaboration. You'll work closely with senior finance leadership as well as FP&A, business partnering teams, and offshore partners, giving you exposure across the wider business. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee month-end close and lease accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX.
* Collaborate with finance teams and offshore partners to deliver efficient reporting processes.
* Manage audit deliverables and support statutory accounts preparation.
* Drive process improvements and contribute to global finance transformation initiatives.
* Partner with senior stakeholders on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
What You'll Bring
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with experience in IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX environments.
* A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyse and report data, identify trends, and implement solutions.
Benefits
* £60,000 to £65,000 basic salary.
* Bonus up to 20%.
