Thornton Shepherd Associates are seeking a dilligent and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team.
In this role you will serve as the backbone of our sales department, providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer service.
Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help drive efficiency, support sales initiatives, and foster positive relationships with clients and and creditors.

Duties
* Liasie with creditors post sale to ensure all data between Thornton Shepherd and the creditors is accurate
* Maintain records for individual client cases
* Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems for sales documents, client records, and correspondence.
* Support sales team with case file admin
* Review debt management cases post and pre welcome call.
* Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
* Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
* Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
* Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
