Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Home Location: Locks Heath, Southampton Salary: From £52,328 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Employment Type: Permanent Service: Children’s Residential Home Service Users: Young People (YPs) aged 8–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and trauma-related backgrounds Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children and Young People’s Services) or willingness to complete within 12 months Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in an Ofsted-registered setting The Home: Location: Locks Heath, Southampton Type of YPs: EBD, trauma, neglect, attachment difficulties Ofsted Rating: Good (aiming for Outstanding) Who we are looking for… A compassionate and dedicated Registered Manager with a proven track record of leading residential teams to deliver high-quality care and achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
